This small company is subject to VAT exemption.

The mileage allowance is always charged separately and is drawn up according to the statutory rates. This sum, which is adjusted annually, can be consulted on the website of the Flemish Government.

The action plan is drawn up with an estimated duration and cost of the entire process. This can be deviated from as the progress of the process.

The personal organizer is not responsible for lifting and moving heavy objects and furniture. If this proves necessary during the process, the customer must perform this task himself or call on third parties. This also happens outside the session hours so that the session can be fully utilized. During each session, pets and children are accommodated in a different room so that the session time can be optimally utilized.

The cleaning of items and spaces is limited to the most necessary. It is not the intention that the spaces are intensively cleaned by the personal organizer. The transfer of items to the container park must be carried out by the customer himself in connection with the possible costs. The delivery of goods to a second-hand or thrift store can be carried out in consultation with the personal organizer for an additional cost.

The personal organizer is bound by the law on the Privacy and is therefore obliged to keep confidential all information within the framework of a trajectory. If required, a specific regulation can be drafted adapted to the target group.

In case of cancellation of a session, the personal organizer must be notified by mail and by telephone 5 working days prior to the scheduled appointment date. If only notified outside of this requested period, 50% of the amount of the planned session will be invoiced, including all additional costs. In the event of termination of a project, the outstanding balance must immediately be paid to the personal organizer. Every form of contract binding must be handled immediately.

Notification of termination must be confirmed by telephone and by e-mail to the personal organizer. In the event of more than 1 month without any response from the customer, the outstanding balance + 50% of the planned session in the action plan is billed.

All quotations, invoices and agreements are exclusively based on Belgian law. Disputes that do not fall under the ordinary complaints procedure are referred to the Commercial Court in Brussels.
